ARE YOUR PRODUCTS VEGAN?

yes, all kiwi rituals products are 100% vegan. our formulations are free from lanolin, honey, beeswax and carmine. so suitable for both vegetarians and vegans

DO YOU TEST ON ANIMALS?

no, as well as being cruel it is absolutely unnecessary to test on animals. prior to launch all our products are tested in labs and by real human beings to make sure they are 100% safe on skin

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?

select ingredients like our manuka oil sourced from the east cape of New Zealand are certified organic however our formulations are not 100% organic.  all of our products are as natural as possible without compromising product safety

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ALCOHOL-FREE?

Trace amounts of denatured alcohol is used in our Purifying Manuka Toner as a preservative.  Manuka Purifying Oil also contains denatured alcohol.

WHAT ARE THE PH LEVELS OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

all our cleansers, toners and mositurisers are tested to a healthy skin PH level of between 5-6

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?

all of our products are as natural as possible without compromising product safety.  that said, every pregnancy is different so please do check with your doctor

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY BEAUTY PRODUCTS?

to maintain efficacy of the botanical ingredients we recommend you store products in a cool, dark place

WHAT IS THE PRODUCT SHELF LIFE?

our formulations are as close to natural as possible without compromising product safety.  on this basis they are best used within three years of manufacture.  once opened please finish the product within 12 months

note that the smell of formulations may differ slightly between batches. this is due to the high percentage of botanical extracts used, as mother natures harvests change from year to year

we believe less is more. so in order to reduce our environmental impact we are packaging minimalists when it comes to products and shipping

all our plastic bottles, glass jars, delivery boxes and stuffing may be recycled
