These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) are entered into between Kiwi Rituals Pte Ltd. (“Kiwi Rituals Singapore”) (registered address: 160 Robinson Road, #14-04, Singapore Business Federation Centre, Singapore 068914) and you (the “(Member)” or “(you)”).

1. Club K+R collectively the “Membership”) is organised by Kiwi Rituals Singapore. You are entitled to enjoy certain benefits with the Membership. All Membership benefits as well as any further terms regarding how you can access such benefits as a holder of the Membership or otherwise applicable to such benefits, such further terms being incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions. The Membership including its possession of and use by you shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of use of the Membership by you. Your use of the Membership is deemed acceptance by you of these Terms and Conditions.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Rituals Singapore shall have absolute right to revise these Terms and Conditions (including amending any of the Membership’s benefits or how you can access such benefits) at any time at its sole discretion.
3. If you wish to enjoy the benefits under the Membership, you shall provide your contact details, i.e. your mobile number, email address and/or e-Membership issued by Kiwi Rituals Singapore from time to time for our verification purpose before checking out.
4. Kiwi Rituals Singapore shall have sole discretion to upgrade and/or downgrade your Membership level without further confirmation.
5. The validity period of the Membership is for twelve (12) months from the date of joining. The Membership may be automatically renewed for a further 12 months at the discretion of Kiwi Rituals Singapore.  The Membership may be cancelled and these Terms and Conditions may be terminated by either: (a) the Member at any time upon giving written notice to Kiwi Rituals Singapore; (b) Kiwi Rituals Singapore, to the maximum extent permitted by law, at any time (at its sole discretion) upon giving written notice to the Members; or (c) Kiwi Rituals Singapore not renewing the Membership at the end of the current period of Membership, without further notice to the Member.
6. Club K+R vouchers can be used in conjunction with other website promotions but only one membership discount or voucher can be applied per order.  
7. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiwi Rituals Singapore (including its directors, officers, agents, consultants and associates, along with Kiwi Rituals Singapore’s related companies (including affiliate and subsidiary companies)) is not liable to you for any loss, damage or liability (whether direct, consequential, indirect, economic or otherwise) incurred by you in relation to the Membership, including in relation to: (a) your use of the Membership; (b) if the Membership is used by any third party, whether with or without your permissions; (c) your loss of the Membership details (or any liability incurred via your loss of the Membership details, whether before or after you notify us regarding your loss of the Membership details); (d) any revisions to these Terms and Conditions (including revisions to any of the Membership’s benefits); (e) any cancellation of the Membership; or (f) any breach of these Terms and Conditions by you.
8. You acknowledge and agree that any personal data which you provide to Kiwi Rituals Singapore in your application for or use of the Membership will be collected, used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at https://www.kiwirituals.com/privacy/ and applicable law.
9. To provide you with Kiwi Rituals Singapore benefits, newsletters and/or promotional materials in a timely and quality manner, please keep Kiwi Rituals Singapore updated whenever you change your personal information, i.e. email address, correspondence address or mobile number, so that Kiwi Rituals Singapore can update its records accordingly.
10. The Membership is available at our online website www.kiwirituals.com
11. In case of any dispute, Kiwi Rituals Singapore reserves the right to reasonably interpret these Terms and Conditions if any of them are unclear or equivocal. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore (including where any issues arise in respect of the use of the Membership in Singapore).

1. Kiwi Rituals Pte Ltd., including but not limited its duly authorized contractor (collectively “Kiwi Rituals”), may collect, use, store, transfer and disclose any personal data that you provide under this application for (and, if approved, through my use of) the Club K+R in strict compliance with Kiwi Rituals Privacy Policy, available at https://www.kiwirituals.com/privacy/ (“Privacy Policy”);
2. Your personal data held by Kiwi Rituals shall be kept confidential at all times, except that it may be provided on a confidential basis to third parties in accordance with the Privacy Policy (including for Kiwi Rituals daily operations);
3. Your personal data (name and contact details) may be used by Kiwi Rituals to contact you in relation to news, events and promotional offers from Kiwi Rituals and its business partners in accordance with the Privacy Policy, if you set “mobile opt-in” and/or “email opt-in” to “Yes”. You can opt-out of receiving such direct marketing communications at any time by setting the “mobile opt-in” and/or “email opt-in” to “No”, or by contacting hello@kiwirituals.com
4. Your application for (and, if approved, my use of) the Club K+R will be governed by the Terms and Conditions set out above.
