kiwi rituals is based in singapore with free local delivery for orders of $40 SGD or more.  orders below this amount will pay $3.50 SGD for local delivery

local and international customers will receive an email notification containing their order tracking number once their order has shipped. from here our delivery partners will update you on when your order will arrive. we recommend contacting the carrier directly for the current status of your order

kiwi rituals ships to many international destinations.  please check the table below to see countries we currently ship to and the approximate delivery timeframes to major cities. we cannot guarantee a date of arrival but orders typically deliver in this timeframe

kiwi rituals offers free shipping to select destinations over certain order values which will convert into your local currency according to the exchange rate at the time you place your order

there is no need to input any promotional codes as free shipping will be auto-applied as part of the checkout process once you reach the order value threshold.  please note that the order value is calculated after discount and vouchers have been applied
